A water soluble, temporary stabilizer made of a polyvinyl alcohol film (PVA) which will dissolve in water like magic! Provides a clean look to stitch designs on any fabric that has a nap on top, like fleece and towels. The water soluble topping goes between the garment and the embroidery keeping the design on top of the nap so every stitch is beautiful. Then it completely dissolves in water for a professional, finished appearance. Available in easy to use, economical perforated sheets.
**STORAGE TIP: put unused topping in resealable plastic bag to keep it pliable and avoid becoming brittle.
